As I am a small business creating one of a kind pieces I can not accommodate returns, however for items valued over $300 a store credit or exchange can be arranged within 10 days of delivery. Please note Original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed.

Most orders will be shipped within 5 business days of placing your order. 

All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created, you will be able to follow along on your packages journey using this email by clicking "view order".  I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after your items are in possession of the shipping provider. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.

Care instructions for your hand dyed silks:

Please handle your silk items with care. You may machine wash your items on a true delicate cycle with cold or warm water. Delicate dry, or line dry. Your items should remain beautiful for years with proper care. Low heat iron, or steam ok.

For natural botanically dyed items, please wash in a gentle PH balanced detergent or soap. I like to use unscented baby shampoo. Overtime some fading is to be expected with natural dyes, and this is to be considered part of the beauty. Delicate dry and ironing ok.
